With over 29 years experience in management and technology leadership, I have expertise in various domains including executive and board-level management, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, application development, network engineering, systems integration, system application architecture, as well as team and partner management. I have worked with renowned companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Google, AWS, GM Commercial Holdings, Xcel Energy, National CineMedia, Janus Funds, Level 3, TimeWarner Telcom, Black Creek Capital, T-Mobile, and many others.
I have demonstrated expertise in connecting organizations, technology, and people, emphasizing the education and implementation of emerging technologies for organizations of all sizes in real-world applications.
I am also an Adjunct Professor with the University of Denver where I teach Innovation and Organizational Leadership classes for their graduate school.

As President, I've led multimillion-dollar capital campaigns, strengthening economic posture through diligence, strategy, and thorough feasibility studies.
Provided executive consulting to Board Directors, Business Owners, State and Local leaders, and Private Equity aiming to elevate the competitiveness of the community and its businesses for various companies including IBM and CBIZ.
By collaborating closely with State and Local Governments, Economic and Community Development Organizations, and private sector stakeholders, I delivered comprehensive services in strategic planning, fundraising, and business consulting. These efforts were geared towards significantly enhancing long-term and sustainable economic impact on the regional MSA.

My leadership experience includes collaborating with business executives and stakeholders, successfully leading teams, and expanding market share to optimize operational efficiency, resolve critical challenges, and develop forward-looking strategies.
I am passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of technology leaders. I leverage my extensive experience to guide teams through complex problem-solving, employing a results-oriented approach that emphasizes continuous improvement and professional growth. My career journey has encompassed a diverse range of industries, from dynamic startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, including sectors such as finance, transportation, logistics, utilities, government, and defense.
My most recent roles at IBM, OppenheimerFunds Inc/Invesco, and CH2M Hill provided me with valuable leadership opportunities, where I spearheaded strategic visioning, oversaw technical delivery, and drove revenue optimization.
